About Piccolo Pro

Piccolo Pro is a subscription service from Piccolo Music, designed for music leaders, early years professionals, nurseries, schools and early years settings to use children's music within their setting.

Using the music from the right source

Piccolo Pro is designed for use in, but not limited to, baby and toddler groups, music sessions, nurseries, schools and early years settings. If you have any queries about the type of setting you wish to use Piccolo Pro please contact us. 

We have created Piccolo Pro because consumer music services (such as Spotify, Apple Music or Amazon Music) are intended for personal use only. This means they are not licensed for use in group or commercial settings, even where a venue holds a music licence.

Piccolo Pro provides a platform for our music to be sourced from and used in these environments. It is a commercial music platform, not just for personal use. 

Using the music

A Piccolo Pro subscription allows you to:

• Use Piccolo Music within your classes, sessions or setting
• Stream songs (and download them if you have Piccolo Pro Plus) in your settings
• Use the music as part of paid or unpaid settings / sessions beyond personal use

What you cannot do

To keep things fair and protect the music:

• You cannot share your login details with others
• You cannot distribute or resell downloaded music
• You cannot use any downloads from Piccolo Pro outside of the subscription - A valid subcription must be in place for you to continue to play downloads in your setting
• Access is for your own setting or sessions only

Sharing with families

You are welcome to share links accessible for personal use (such as YouTube or streaming links) with families. These can be accessed via the song page as the streaming link. However, downloads and access to Piccolo Pro must not be shared outside your subscription.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are charged monthly
• You can cancel at any time
• Access will continue until the end of your billing period

Access to Piccolo Pro, including streaming and downloads, is only available while your subscription is active. The downloaded music is provided for use within your sessions / settings as part of your subscription and should not be kept or used beyond this.

Licensing

Piccolo Pro is a commercial music platform granting you a licence to play our music, commercially, in your setting, provided you hold a valid, in date, subscription.  

It is your responsibility to ensure your venue or setting holds any required music licence (such as TheMusicLicence).

Content and copyright

All music and materials remain the property of Piccolo Music - Sing and Play with Piccolo Ltd.
They are provided for use within your settings only and must not be copied, shared or redistributed.

Changes to the service

We may occasionally update or improve Piccolo Pro, including adding new songs, resources or features. 

You will be updated with any changes to these terms and conditions. 

Piccolo Music / Sing and Play with Piccolo Ltd retains the right to withdraw any subscription and associated licence at it's discretion.
